Withdrawals are generally processed in under 1 hour. However, due to high volume of requests, delays may occur. Note that you are allowed only one active withdrawal request at a time, so you must wait for the current withdrawal to be completed before making another request. Also, ensure your PIX key is correct before confirming the withdrawal, as it must be associated with your account and CPF.
