How do I clear browser cookies and cache?

To delete or remove cookies stored on your computer that track your browsing patterns, follow the steps for your specific browser. The process varies depending on the browser you use. Google Chrome (PC web):

 

Step 1: 

(i) Click on the three-dots icon at the top right of your browser and select “History” from the menu. Then, click “Clear browsing data” 

(ii) Or, press CTRL + SHIFT + DELETE simultaneously, and a new window will appear, allowing you to delete your browser history. (This step is applicable to all browsers)

Step 2: Choose “Basic” or “Advanced” and then select the time frame for which you would like to delete your cookies. If you want to delete all cookies, select “All time”.

Step 3: Check the boxes next to “Cookies and other site data” and “Cached images and files”.

Step 4: Double check your selections to ensure that other items you want to keep are not selected, and then hit “Clear data” to apply your settings”.

Step 2: Click “Clear browsing data.”
