How to provide the “Deposit Request Video” if your deposit fails/has not been credited?

Please note that videos recorded with the Screen Recorder app are not acceptable on our site. You must record video using a camera or a phone camera.

Step 1: Choose English as the language of your payment gateway App. 

Step 2: Record the entire process from logging into the account to the transaction history. Your video must clearly show your payment gateway account number and all the information about the cashout in the transaction history, such as our agent number, transaction ID, time and date.

Step 3: Drop us an email at cadcs@bj88.com with the subject of ‘Deposit Request Video’, and with the details below:

  1. Username
  2. Wallet : Payment gateway that you used
  3. Cash Out Number (Phone number that you use to cash out)
  4. Transaction screenshot (show with date, time, amount, transaction ID)
  5. Case ID (if any)
  6. Attach your video
